You can recognize the number of Logitech Extreme 3D Pro (HID) drivers can be downloaded and install or updated. Im running it on a relatively new MacBook Air (with external 23 Cinema display) using Apple Base Camp and Windows 7. I have a Logitech Extreme 3D Pro joystick (and CH Pro Pedals). So for example I assigned R (release) to the 2 button, G (gear) to the 7 button, and a few more. However, Condor commands such as the NUMPAD4 for View pan left and NUMPAD6 for View pan right I cannot assign to a joystick button. I assigned 4 and 6 to buttons but when I am in Condor, pressing those buttons has no effect. I suspect this is because my MacBookAir keyboard does not have separate number pad area like a larger standard PC keyboard has. Is there anyone on this board using Condor with a similar hardware setup to mine that has figured out a way to assign the NUMPAD commands to joystick buttons Is a possible solution to buy a separate Mac number pad and connect it to my MacBook Air I am doubtful that would work, as my guess is that the Condor software is looking for a standard PC-type keyboard. I have an Apple bluetooth separate keyboard but that also has no dedicated number key area. Since right now I cannot change my field of view its very hard to practice landings. An ideal approach would be to program the joystick POV button at the very top of the stick to change my POV in Condor, but I see no indication in the software that is possible. ![]() It did not work that way before I connected the new keyboard with the number pad keys (since notebook keyboards dont have those keys). The Condor manual doesnt seem to mention that the POV control on the joystick will have those functions work by default. I suppose that experienced video game players would know that, but the last video game I played was Pong in 1973. ![]()
